We are NOT an industrial kitchen. So, we don't carry large stocks. A limited range of meals (boerewors and pies) are frozen specifically for reheating or cooking from frozen. Everything else is made fresh, from scratch, when we get your order...

Most of our treats, sweet or savoury, are ready within 1-2 days.

Some things just take longer - biltong, for example, can take up to 5 days to be perfectly cured.

Moenie worry nie! We'll confirm the exact lead times on your items when you place your order, and arrange where and when you can collect your goodies right here in Düsseldorf.

All our delicacies are made fresh, on order. Depending on preparation times, some may be available within 24 hours. Others, like pork pies or biltong, do take a little longer. Just ask us, to avoid disappointment!
